I. FORGE

Workshop Facilities: 
     
10 x Gas - fired, car - bottom furnaces:

    - max. furnace chamber size ( L x W x H ):
          - 10 x 10 x 4.3 m
          - 16 x 5 x 3.5 m

    Fans for fast air cooling
    Typical heat treatments: annealing, normalizing,
    air hardening, tempering, stress-relieving


2 x Hydraulic forging presses (60 and 120 MN);

1 x Forging manipulator of 400 MN (equips the 120 MN press);


2 x Forging cranes of max. 350 tons;


2 x Overhead cranes max. 320 T


2 x Flame-cutting machines plus one NC


Special Techniques :

    - Wide Anvil Forging Process(WHF)
    - Japan Tateno – Shikano Forging Process(JTS)



II. QUALITY HEAT TREATMENT SHOP FACILITIES


Workshop Facilities:

4 x Gas - fired, car - bottom furnaces:
                       - max. furnace chamber size ( L x W x H ): 12,5 x 4,5 x 3 m
          1 x Water Quenching tank - tank (300 c.m.);
          1 x Oil tank (300 c.m.)
          1 x Induction hardening machine type ELPHIAC for rolls
                          - 250 to 800 mm O.D. x 5250 m L max., 18 tons max. wt.
          4 x Transportation cranes (50 tones max, load)
                         - Heavy rotors and shafts heat treatment area;
          4 x Electric vertical furnaces (2 HEURTEY type, 1 JSW type)
                        - max. furnace chamber size ( D x H ) : 2.5 x 19 m
                        - max . load : 180 tones
          1 x  Force - air or mist vertical quenching unit;
          1 x 1,600 c.m./hr water - spray vertical quenching unit
          2 x Cranes (100 and 160 tones max. load)

Typical heat treatments: annealing, normalizing, air hardening, tempering, stress-relieving, surface - hardening
